WHO WE REPRESENT

Our attorneys have extensive experience in employment law and have successfully represented employees in numerous on-the-job discrimination claims including age discrimination, disability-based discrimination, national origin discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, race discrimination, and religious discrimination. We also represent employees in class action lawsuits for overtime pay, unreasonable non-compete agreements, sexual harassment cases, employees affected by mass layoffs or plant closings, uniformed service employees unable to return to work, employees unable to return to work following family or medical reasons, employees with worker's compensation issues, and employees unable to recover benefits provided by their employer.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Because the decision to retain an attorney for your matter is important, the Tennessee Employment Law Center 's goal is to provide its clients with services beyond rigorous representation alone. For most of our clients, the decision to seek the expertise, advice, and assistance of an attorney is a difficult one and involves the support of friends and family. Employment-related disputes can be quite complex, and involve sensitive, difficult issues. These disputes can affect your livelihood and disrupt your life in ways that you didn't think were possible.

At the Tennessee Employment Law Center , every dispute and every client is unique. We prepare our clients for a variety of predicaments, both legal and personal, that may arise as a result of the original lawsuit. These difficulties may include the application for and receipt of unemployment insurance, the application for and receipt of worker's compensation benefits, and, in many cases, assistance in finding and applying for another job. The scope of our services is larger and that is what sets the Tennessee Employment Law Center apart from other employment law firms.
